Hazel Mae Brown, 86, Palmetto, died April 7, 2004. She was born Aug. 8, 1917, in Bremen, Ind., and came to Palmetto in 1986 from Tampa. She was a homemaker. She was a lifetime member of DAV No. 25 in Tampa. She was a Baptist. Survivors include sisters Clara S. McKay and Adah B. Hager, both of Palmetto; and a brother, Lloyd R. Albert of Lake Placid. The visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, with a service to follow, at Kicliter Funeral Home, Palmetto. Burial will be at Skyway Memorial Gardens, Palmetto, after the service. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Florida, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
