Hazel M. Lee Hazel M. Lee, 79, of Quincy, died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William Lee of Quincy, FL. The service will be at 11 a.m. EDT Saturday, Aug. 28, at Quincy Community Holiness Church, with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today, Aug. 27, at Independent Funeral Home in Quincy (850-875-1529).Memorial contributions may be made to Quincy Community Holiness Church, 1522 Sumpter St., Quincy, FL 32351. She was an active member of Quincy Community Holiness Church and had a great love for her family. Other survivors include her son, Bobby Lee, Jr.; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins; and a special cousin and caregiver, Patricia Ogletree.She was a lifelong resident of Quincy.
