Hattie Thressa Williams Hattie Thressa Williams, 84, of Detroit died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2006, in Taylor, Mich. The service will be at 3 p.m. EDT Saturday at St. Joseph AME Church in Chipley, with burial at the church cemetery. Pastor Donna J. Lach will officiate. She was a native of Chipley and a longtime resident of Detroit. She retired from Conrail Railroad Co. in Detroit and was a member of Christian Harmony Ministries. She leaves fond memories to her devoted children, Gladys M. Miller and Andrew J. Williams; six grandchildren, Anthony L. Miller, LaShunda S. Miller, Charsis T. Miller, Edwin D. Heaston, Kyra M. Williams and Teresa L.D. Williams; eight great-grandchildren, Keaira C. Miller, Anthony D. Parkman, Davon X. Miller, Kylina E. Miller, Jaylen I. Miller, Cody I. Miller, Kayla Heaston and Dejour Heaston; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her son, Harold Earl Williams.
