Hattie Bell Williams Meadows ROEBUCK, SC-- Mrs. Hattie Bell Williams Meadows, of 130 Happy Lane, was born May 14, 1919 and she peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday afternoon, February 3, 2014 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2014 at the Foster Chapel Baptist Church in Roebuck, SC. Mrs. Meadows will lie in state from 1:30 p.m. until the hour of service. The Reverend Patrick Suber will officiate. Burial will be in the Foster Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home.
