Harvey Mae Smith, 83, died April 30, 2011, at Treasure Coast Hospice, Fort Pierce. She was born in Lexington, Ky., and lived in Port St. Lucie for two years, coming from Detroit. She was a member of Consolidated Baptist Church, Lexington, Ky. She also was a member of the Eastern Star, a Girl Scout troop leader and Sunday School teacher. Survivors include her son, Elvis Smith Jr. of Port St. Lucie; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvis Smith Sr. Services: Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. with a celebration of life service at 3 p.m. May 7 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel.
