JORDANDecember 6, 2013On Thursday, December 5, 2013, Harry Frederick Jordan of Sanibel, Florida passed away peacefully in his home at the age of 57. Harry was born on July 10, 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio and was raised on Sanibel. Harry graduated from Cypress Lake High School in Fort Myers where he excelled on the wrestling and football teams. Then went on to serve his country as a member of the US Army. He was preceded in death by his father James Carl Jordan Sr. and mother Mozella Jordan, both of Sanibel, and wife Peggy Ancrum Jordan of Naples. He is survived by four children: Jamal, Samantha, Heather and Keala, as well as his grandchildren, Dayquan, Jadevon, and Jadavain; his brothers: James and wife Marguerite, Anthony and wife Isabella, and Timothy and wife Sara; his grandmother Regina Walker and husband Walter; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of very dear friends. Harry was deeply loved by his family and will be missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans.A viewing will be held at Harvey-Englehardt, 1600 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL, between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. on 12-12-13 and funeral service on 12-13-13 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Michael Episcopal Church, 2304 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL.
