ANDERSON _ Harold Lawrence 1918 - 2006 Harold Lawrence Anderson passed away on August 31, 2006 at Mount Royal Care Centre at the age of 88 years. He was born in Calgary on April 6, 1918 and enlisted with the Alberta South Regiment, and served for three years with honour in Europe. Canadian soldiers liberated Holland in 1945, and to this day they have not forgotten. Harold is survived by his daughter Gail (Jacob) Vandenberg; son Gary Anderson of Vancouver, BC; two grandchildren, Dr. Mark and Thanh Vandenberg and Craig Vandenberg; and three great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Kyle and Sasha. He was predeceased by his wife Hazel on September 16, 1997. The family wishes to thank the staff at Mount Royal Care Centre for their care and kindness.
