Helen Gablas Morrison, 81, of Trotter Road, passed away December 19, 2007, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.Born in Manhattan, New York, she was a daughter of the late Andrew Gablas and Bertha Persac Gablas and was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church.Surviving are a daughter, Deborah Higman and husband, John, of Cleveland; grandchildren, John Allen Higman Jr. and Martin C. Higman.She was predeceased by three brothers and one sister. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 22, 2007, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, with the Reverend C. Thomas Miles officiating.
