Grace Nell Brown Lee, 81, of Hall County, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at Magnolia Blooms-Assisted Living in Monroe following an extended illness.Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, May 15, 2010, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Wendell Jordan will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 14, 2010, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.Mrs. Lee was born Aug. 28, 1928, in Gainesville to the late Joseph M. Brown and Emma Hicks Brown. She was a homemaker and a member of Refuge Worship Center. Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, M.D. Lee.Mrs. Lee is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Perry Scroggs of Oakwood, Carol and Mike Farmer of Chestnut Mountain and Angela and Steve Evon of Easley, S.C.; her daughter, Cathy Bales of Nicholson; her grandchildren, Ronald and Lisa Farmer, Matthew Farmer and Amanda Hudgins, Reeva and Taylor Forrester, Jeff and April Scroggs, Stevie Evon and Jenny and Ronald Cook; and her great-grandchildren, Destiny Farmer, Michael Farmer, Abigail Farmer, Justin Scroggs, Hailey Scroggs and Faith Ann Forrester.Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, is in charge of arrangements.Send online condolences to www.memorialparkfuneralhomes.com
