HAYES, GLORIA FAY EBBS, 87, passed away Thursday April 24, 2014. After retiring in 1988 from the Louisville Free Public Library, where she spent most of her career at the Parkland Branch, she continued her life raising her surviving family, son, Warren and grandchildren, Robert and Corinthia Hayes. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3511 Rudd Ave. Those wishing may share a brief viewing and rosary at 9:30 a.m. followed by the funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at the church.
