Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Gloria Esther Smith, 57, Westchester Lane, Palm Coast, who died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2005, at her home, will be Wednesday, November 2, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Friends may visit Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in the memorial room at the church. Mrs. Smith was born in Puerto Rico and moved to this area in 2002 from Western Ft. Lauderdale. She was a bookkeeper and a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening and loved her family. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of 18 years, William; daughters, Jennifer Caruso, Palm Coast, and Jessica Gomez, Miami; parents, Martin and Tomasa Rodriguez, Miami; brothers, Benny Rodriguez, Brooklyn, N.Y., and Andy Rodriguez, Las Cruces, N.M.; and sisters, Carmen Donahue and Marisa Anthony, both of Brooklyn, Lourdes Parels, Miami, and Rosario Rivera, Puerto Rico. Donations may be made in Mrs. Smith's memory to The Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309. The family of Mrs. Smith entrusted the arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.
