Glenn Allan Peters ROCHESTER - Glenn Allan Peters, 59, of Rochester, passed away July 27, 2014. He was born February 20, 1955, in Dover, the son of Louis B. Peters Jr. and Ardith (Trimm) Bellemare. He was the former proprietor of the Wagon Wheel Convenience Store in Farmington, for 18 years. Glenn was a dedicated hard worker and was also employed as a painter throughout his life. He served as a young man in the United States Army. Glenn was a member of The American Legion, Moose Club, Elks Club, and Eagles Club. He also belonged to the Rochester Community Senior Center followed by the Dover Community Senior Center. Glenn was a former parishioner of St. George's Maronite Catholic Church in Dover. Glenn was a fun, giving person who never hesitated in helping people out. His genuine smile and funny comments always made his family, friends, and even strangers laugh. Glenn enjoyed traveling on cruises and to casinos. He loved playing bingo, cards and cribbage. He also enjoyed filling his bird feeders and watching the birds and squirrels enjoy his tasty treats. He was lovingly caring with his 2 feline companions, Lilly and Daisy, who "chose him" from The Cocheco Valley Humane Society. Glenn is survived by his wife Gloria (Durej) Peters of Rochester, his father Louis B. Peters, Jr. of Rochester, his mother Ardith (Trimm) Bellemare of Nashua, two sisters Chris Peters and Sherie (Peters) Moore of Nashua, two stepdaughters Jennifer Bateman of California, Jessica (Bateman) DiPrizio, her husband Ryan Sr., two grandchildren Ryan G. DiPrizio, Jr. and Caitlin DiPrizio, all of Wolfeboro. A calling hour will be Friday, August 1, 2014 from 2 - 3 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Avenue, Dover, N.H. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Very Revered Agapit H. Jean, Jr. V.F. officiating.
