Glen W. White, 91, of Jupiter died Wednesday, Oct. 7. He was an employee at Sears & Roebuck for 33½ years and worked his way up to group merchandise manager of children's apparel for the Baltimore Washington Group. He served in the Navy for four years. He was sent to the 3rd Amphibious Marine Division on Okinawa in charge of close air support control. He was discharged as lieutenant junior grade. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Mildred, and many nephews and nieces and their children. No services are planned. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Spirit Lutheran Church Preschool, 13301 Ellison Wilson Road, Juno Beach, FL 33408; Hospice of Palm Beach County; or the charity of your choice. Arrangements were by Edgley Cremation Services of West Palm Beach.
