JACKSON, Gladys M. GilmoreGladys M. Gilmore Jackson, age 96, of Riviera Beach, FL, passed away July 17, 2014. She was born June 17, 1918 to the late Joseph and Mary Etta Gilmore in Montezuma, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Jackson and three sons, John, James and Alfaredo. She was educated and received her high school diploma from Macon County Training School in 1938 and furthered her education in Childhood Development in Palm Beach County. She was the founder and operator of Hilltop Kindergarten, Riviera Beach, FL and enjoyed the opportunity of enriching young lives with love, where her daughter-in-law, Mary A. Jackson, began working with her and is continuing the business as Jackson's Daycare. She is survived by six children, Bobbie, David (Mary A.), William (Audrey), Upper Darby, PA, Lawrence (Adrienne), Lancaster, TX, Jonetta and Marietta; and a host of grands, great-grands and other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 19, 2014, 11:00AM at Palm Beach Lakes Church of Christ, 4067 Leo Lane, Riviera Beach, FL. Interment to follow in Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
