GILL-NIVEN, Gisele - Sunday, March 8, 2009 at the Welland General Hospital, Gisele Martha Marie Gill-Niven, age 77, joined her loved ones in God's arms, after a valiant few years of battling health challenges. Gisele was predeceased by her first husband, Victor Gill in 1983, and her second husband, Ralph Niven in 2007. Born into the Gagne family, of Pointe aux Chenes Quebec, Gisele is also predeceased by siblings: Roger, Cecile, Claude, Aline, and Laura, and is survived by two beloved sisters, Desneiges (Repentigny) and Lillian (Niagara Falls). Gisele will be missed by her immediate families: Son Larry Gill of Burlington, and his wife Kim and their children Michelle and Kyle and Michelle's partner Andrew; Son John Gill of Niagara Falls, and Burlington, daughter in law Diane Wilson and their children Carling (in heaven), Colton and Jarrett; Stepson Lloyd Niven, his wife Pat of Niagara Falls and their children Dennis of Grand Prairie and his son Jeremy, Danny of Niagara Falls, his wife Tracey and their son Jack, Stepson Doug Niven, his wife Cathie, and their children Andrew, Kevin and Graeme all of Niagara Falls, Stepson Ray Niven, his wife Carrie and their children Tanner and Hayley all of Niagara Falls, Stepson Jeff Niven and his wife Verna of Grand Prairie, and children Brandon and Taylor. Neighbours and family for over 50 years, Gisele will be missed by Sister in Law Barb Gill, Tom Gill of Niagara Falls, and Debbie Gill and Carolyn Broomfield of Toronto. Also, sisters in law, Jessie Gill of Thorold, Norma Gracey of Appleton, WI, and Beth Collins of Perth, ON. Also fondly remembering their Aunt Gisele are the nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews of the Jones, Elnak, Seguin, Gagne and Gill families. Visitation will be held in Niagara Falls at the Morse and Son Chapel of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Wednesday March 11th. Funeral service and mass will be Thursday March 12th at St. John's Anglican Church, 3428 Portage Road, Niagara Falls, at 11:00 am.
