Orton, Gertrude M. CLIFTON PARK Gertrude M. Orton, 69, of Lookout Lane died Wednesday November 22, 2006 at Albany Medical Center. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Edith Alois and was a graduate of Mildred Elley. In her earlier years Gertrude was employed by the State of New York as a stenographer and retired due to disability in 1961. She is survived by her daughters, Paula Kittle of Texas and Deborahlee Anne Strock of Clifton Park; her sisters, Ardith, Christine and Karen as well as four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rt. 32), Waterford. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Schenectady. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to the funeral service.
