ST. PIERRE, Germaine (Bois) ---- In loving memory of Germaine St. Pierre, 89 years, who passed away Sunday, January 16, 2005 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph Health Center. Germaine worked side-by-side, tirelessly with her husband, as caretakers at Northway Lodge, McGregor Bay, for 45 years. She was a strong and classy presence to all she met. Germaine had a heart of gold and she touched the lives of many people over the years. Her talents of cooking and baking will be remembered for generations. When visiting, everyone would take a handful of her wonderful cookies every time they were passed. Germaine had a lovely talent of conversation and always managed to make you feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. She passed this gift on to her son Gene. She will always be an inspiration to her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed but always remembered with love. The family wish to thank the staff at Champlain Lodge, the staff on 4th floor St. Joseph, and Dr. Purnam for their care and dedication. Beloved wife of Ernest St. Pierre predeceased 1998. Loving daughter of Napoleon and Eva Bois, both predeceased. Loving mother of Gene (wife Coni) of Garson and Conrad predeceased (wife Lorna of Espanola). Cherished grandmother of Christopher (wife Chantal) of Sudbury, Jason of Toronto, Jeff (wife Cathy) of Sault Ste. Marie, Dean (wife Leannie), Lori (husband Neil Weist) and Tara all of Espanola; great-grandchildren Joshua, Bryce, Peyton, Julien and Jacob. Dear sister of Noella Winn, Romea Piché, Georgette Cote, Jeanne Beaudoin, Velma Shank, Glenora Roche, Rose Rivet, Majella Collins, Roma and Charles, all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Funeral prayers in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
