ANDERSON, Gary Lee Gary Lee Anderson, 58, of Sidney, BC, died suddenly at home on June 29, 2012. Gary was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. and raised in Kinley, Saskatchewan. Farming and sports took up most of Gary's life in Kinley. Gary obtained his degree in Chemical Engineering at the U of S. His professional career took him to Valleyview, Fort Saskatchewan, Edmonton, and finally to Calgary where he worked the majority of of his professional life. His son Andrew was born in 1985 and he kept Gary busy until Gary's semi-retirement in 2008. Gary moved to his stunning "condo by the sea" in 2009 living a life of golf, fishing, and family.He is survived by his son, Andrew Anderson, Calgary; sisters Donna (Eric) Jensen, Victoria, Elaine (Dennis) Millard, Edmonton; nephew Ryan Jensen, Victoria; nieces Sherry (Brent) Medernach, Hay River, Diana (Greg) Fowler, Leduc, Jamie Jensen, Prince George, Chelsea Millard, Calgary; great-nieces and nephews Kaitlin and Darren Fowler, Austin and Alyssa Medernach; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents, Elmo and Edna Anderson. A celebration of his life will be held in Calgary, Alberta at Port O' Call Hotel on July 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Burial service at Hillcrest Memorial Garden in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on July 23 at 2:30 PM.
