Ms. Wilson was a native of Millen, grew up in Waynesboro, but resided in both Augusta and Atlanta. She was the President and CEO of Export Insurance Services Inc., having been a partner and owner since 1992. Family members include daughter, Angela Wilson Johnson (Bobby) of Martinez, Ga.; sons, Jack Wade Wilson, II of Evans, Ga., Michael David Wilson of Augusta, Ga.; grandchildren, Sara Ashlyn Wilson, Chandler Hugh Johnson, and Dalton Wade Johnson; long time partner, Jim Colquitt of Augusta, Ga. Funeral service will be held Wednesday evening, December 5, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son Funeral Directors with the Rev. Marty Baker officiating.
