Gail Elizabeth Colpitts We, the family of "Gail" Elizabeth Colpitts, 75, of Moncton, sadly announce her passing peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday morning, June 26, 2012. Born in Charlottetown, PE, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Doris (McKee) Clark. Gail was a 1953 graduation of Moncton High School and Success Business College and was formerly employed with CN Accounting (1954 – 1972). Gail was a member of Mountain View United Church, after attending Wesley Memorial United Church all her life, until its closure in January 2012 and was a long time member of the Beta Sigma Phi. Gail loved life and lived it well, with a wonderful, positive attitude. She shared many interests with Floyd. Their dedication to family, love of travel and of their special "beach" at Caissie Cape, dancing with "Charlie’s Angels" through the years, golf trips with their "Myrtle Beach crowd", dinner and game nights with special friends, dining out and kitchen parties with musical friends. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Gail will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 50 years, Floyd; daughter, Kara Waite (Alan); two precious grandchildren, Alana and Tray; brother, Brian Clark (Ruth) and nieces, Lori Heron (Steve, Rachel and Andrew) and Lisa Clark. Gail also leaves to mourn her many treasured friends and Floyd’s family members. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel on Friday June 29, 2012 at 1:30 pm, Rev. Mary MacPherson officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
