EDWARDS, GABRIEL RAY, 33, a loving and devoted father, son and brother, passed away March 15, 2013 at Jewish Hospital. He was born on April 19, 1979 in Louisville to Roger Raymond Edwards Jr. and Sherry Beliles. He attended Fourth Avenue Methodist Church. He was a sweet and kind man. Gabe worked for the Bristol in the Highlands for over 15 years. He is survived by his son whom he thought the world of, Elijah Hill; his mother, Sherry Beliles; his father, Roger Edwards Jr. (Pat); a brother, Mike Hynes (Jennifer); a sister, Jacqueline Edwards; maternal grandfather, Richard Beliles; paternal grandmother, Rachel Ridder; paternal grandfather, Roger Raymond Edwards Sr. (Pauline); and stepgrandmother, Diane Beliles; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends whom all loved him. A celebration of his life will be conducted Tuesday at 2p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with private burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday from 2-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to a local charity supporting restaurant workers, Apron Inc., 291 N.
