Georgia Malcolm Lee, 70, of Oak Hill, died Monday, November 8, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Lee, a homemaker, was born in Matewan, W.VA and moved to Oak Hill 42 years ago from Oviedo. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Oak Hill, known as a devout Christian woman and enjoyed gardening. Survivors include her husband, Dan R. Lee; four sons, Mark A. (Suzy) Malcolm of Port Orange; A. Ray (Sheri) Malcolm of Edgewater; Joel D. Malcolm of Oak Hill and John K. (Georgia Smith) Malcolm also of Oak Hill; one daughter, Julie M. (David) Brown of Edgewater; one step son, Daryl (Tracy) Lee of Altoona, PA; one step daughter, Denise (Chris) Bosley of San Francisco, CA; one brother, David L. Dishman of Oviedo; one sister, Nina Usery of Cuba, MO; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; five step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Kenneth Malcolm in 1987. Funeral service will be 1 PM Friday, November 12, 2010 at First Baptist Church of Oak Hill, 192 E. Halifax Ave., with Rev. Donald L. Shobert, officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 PM until 8 PM Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Dudley Edgewater Chapel, 433 N. Ridgewood Ave., Edgewater. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, P. O. Box 860, New Smyrna Beach 32170.
