Memorial service for Frieda Mae Smith, 84, of Decatur will be Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Smith died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003, at her residence. She was born Oct. 19, 1918, in Wyoming to Elwin Kennison and Lila Higday Kennison. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Verle Kennison, Willis Kennison and Alva Kennison; and one sister, Effie Kennison. Survivors include three sons, Paul Fred Hart of Somerville, Bruce Leroy Hart of Falkville and Jimmy Dean Brannon of Decatur; one stepson, Kenneth Wayne Smith of Somerville; three daughters, Donna Lee Beaird of Phoenix, Ariz., Marylyn Hope Massey of Somerville and Fredia Maria Silas of Ardmore; one stepdaughter, Carrie Rebecca Amieria of Decatur; three brothers, Elwin Kennison of Montana, David Denshaw of Arizona and George Kennison of Wyoming; three sisters, Evelyn Maulfers of Wyoming, Stubbs of Hannah, Wyo. , and Dixie Lee of Brush, Colo.
