WILLIAMS, Frederick R. passed away on Saturday, Aug. 3rd, 2013 at Care One at Hanover Township. Frederick was born in Utica, NY. He lived in St. Petersburg, FL and Morris Plains. He served in the United States Navy during World War II from June 30, 1945 until being honorably discharged on March 15, 1946. Frederick was the vice president of Emerson Quiet Kool Company in Woodbridge before retiring. He was predeceased by his son, Jeffrey F., who passed away in 1996. Survivors include his wife, Gladys B. (nee-Baccash); son, Mathew J. & his wife, Kristen; daughters, Claudia W. Ackerman & her husband, Robin and Wendy Fullerton; and 5 grandchildren. Arrangements were private under the direction of the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 973- 887-3235.
