Frank (Francois) Raymond November 19, 1958 - April 26, 2013 It is with great sadness we announce that Frank passed away peacefully on April 26, 2013 following complicated health issues. Frank will be dearly missed and will remain forever in the hearts of his loving wife Wendy and son Daniel, his brothers and sisters Guylaine, Mario, Suzie, Pete, Estelle, Richard, Mike and Jack, and his extended families and friends. The abundant love and devotion toward his family was always evident through his actions and words. Frank will be remembered for being a kindhearted gentle man always with a smile and happy spirit which gave him the courage to rise above life's challenges.A Celebration of Life will be held July 2013.
