FRANCINE THERESE MARIE LANDRY (Nee Morin) Landry - The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Francine Landry at the age of 42 on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2004 at the Bingham Memorial Hospital in Matheson. Francine was the loving wife of Darren Landry of Matachewan First Nation and beloved mother of Paul Quenneville and daughter-in-law Mandy of North Bay. Francine was predeceased by her father, Maurice in 2002 and her mother, Cecile in 2003. She will be sadly missed by her mother-in-law Vina Landry of Matachewan, sister Terry (Grenville) Whyte of Kenogami, sister Madeleine Ryan of Kirkland Lake, brother Donald (Linda) Morin of Matheson, and brother Fernand (Mary) Morin of Aylmer. Also mourning her passing are sisters and brothers-in-law Jean and Jack Lemieux of Timmins, Elenore Hendrix and Claude Brisson of Matachewan, Darrell and Connie Hendrix of Matachewan, Dale Hendrix and Lynn Lafreniere of Timmins, Cynthia Hendrix of Kirkland Lake, Leo Landry of Timmins, Sandra Roy of Kirkland Lake, Deanna Landry and Bill Simpson of Kirkland Lake, Darcy Landry of Matachewan, and Elaine, Mike and Jared Daley of Matachewan. Fran is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Her special pets Kara, Weiser and Penny will also miss her dearly. Fran will be remembered by her gentle nature, courageous spirit, her loving and generous ways and her beautiful smile. The family would like to thank Dr. George and the nurses of Bingham Memorial Hospital in Matheson and the doctors and nurses at the Cancer Centre in Sudbury who took loving care of her during her brief illness.
