Frances Hendrix Wilson, 83, of 321 Melinda Drive, died July 30, 2006, at her home.A native of Rome, Ga., daughter of the late Lou Sellers Hendrix, she was a retired employee of J.P. Stevens Victor Plant, and a member of Southside Baptist Church.Surviving are her husband, Tandy Wilson of the home; a son, James Rodney Jordan of Greer; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Wood Mortuary, conducted by the Rev. Tony Jones. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.Pallbearers will be Wayne Wilson, Bud Banks, Ron Watson, Robbie Hand, Chris Whitworth, and Travis Gordon.Visitation will be held 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Wood Mortuary.The family is at the home. -- The Wood Mortuary, Inc.
