Frances M. Age 75 of Troy, PA, died Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at her daughter Susan's home in Oxford, PA. She was the wife of Elam Carrigan of Troy, PA. Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Elda Widner Sheller. Frances was employed with West Chester University as secretary for the Dean of Superintendents and Stewards for ten years. She retired in 1962 to raise her family. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church. Frances is survived by her husband; three daughters, Susan Sexton and her husband, David of Oxford, PA, Beverly Dobbs and her husband, Thomas of Lancaster, PA, and Dianne Moffatt and her husband, Jesse of Underhill, VT; and five grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 5, at Sacred Heart Church, 203 Church Rd., Oxford, PA, where friends and family may call from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday. Interment will be in Oxford Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Edward L. Collins Funeral Home, Inc. Oxford, PA.
