Frances Helen Miller of Johnson City Frances Helen Miller, 91, of Johnson City, passed away Saturday evening, March 29, 2008, at the James G. Johnston Memorial Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her husband, Casper J. Miller in 1976; her parents, Ignatz and Sophia Cyganovich. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Joann Miller, Ontario, Calif.; Thomas and Colleen Miller, Las Vegas, Nev.; Edward and Kathy Miller, Portland, Oreg.; a daughter and son-in-law, JoAnne Frances and Joseph Sadlowski, Charlotte, N.C.; 13 grandchildren, Mark, David, Lisa and Christopher; Robert and Mary Elizabeth; Stephanie Frances; Kelly, Michelle and Todd; Monica, Heidi and Emily; 19 great-grandchildren; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, John and Sophie Cyganovich, Endicott, Ignace and Mary Cyganovich, Anthony Cyganovich, William and Alice Cyganovich, all of Owego; five sisters and four brothers-in-law, Mary and Joseph Tchir, Johnson City, Nellie Gerace, Helen and Ted Andrews, all of Owego, Mildred and Wesley Kwiatkowski, Flemingville, N.Y. Cassie and Ted Pastalan, Newark Valley; also several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of St. James Church, Johnson City, and its Altar and Rosary Society. She was a retired employee of the Endicott-Johnson Corporation in Johnson City, with over 30 years of service. Frances enjoyed traveling and attended all family functions throughout the U.S. Funeral services will be held at the J.F. Rice Funeral Home, Inc., 150 Main St., Johnson City, Friday at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. at St. James Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Thursday from 4 - 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make memorial contributions to the St. James Church Memorial Fund, 147 Main St., Johnson City, N.Y. 13790 in Frances Helen Miller's memory.
