HALL BROOKS, Frances Isobel Of Liberty Township, N.J. Died June 21, 2005 at University Hospital, Newark, N.J. Born May 24, 1925 in Bures (Suffolk), England. Lived in Liberty Township, N.J for 14 years coming from NYC, N.Y. Previously she lived in Ottawa, Canada (Ontario), Fredrickton, Canada (New Brunswick), and Bath, England. Daughter of the late Frank Usticke & Phyllis (Hodges) Jeans. Wife of Dr. David Hall Brooks of 58 years. Frances was a Gerentologist and Activity Specialist with the Jewish Home & Hospital for the Aged, NYC, N.Y. retiring many years ago. In 1947, she received her R.N. from St. Bartholomew College of Medicine, London, England and later received her MBA in Gerentology from CUNY, Manhattan, N.Y. Memorial service at St. James Episcopal Church, 214 Washington St., Hackettstown, N.J. on Saturday, June 25, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements by Cochran Funeral Home Inc., 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. 07840. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. James Episcopal Church Building Fund, 214 Washington St., Hackettstown, N.J. 07840. Visitation Friday, June 24, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home. Private Interment. Frances was a member of St. James Episcopal Church of Hackettstown, N.J. and was also a lay pastoral vistor; member of Saint Fiacres Guild (Saint of Gardening); volunteer of Norwescap Seniors, inducted into the Hackettstown Hall of Fame in 2000; completed the Joan Knechel Memorial Cancer Walk in 2005; Home Visitor for the Department on Aging Retired Senior Volunteer Program. Frances is survived by her husband, Dr. David Hall Brooks of Liberty Township, N.J., son Robert Howard Hall Brooks (Mary) of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, son James Anthony Hall Brooks (Emma) of England, daughter Hilary Jennifer Hall Fowler (Ven. John) of Perth, Ontario, Canada, and daughter Philippa Mary Ellis (Stephen) of Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Also survived by her brother Gerald Frank Jeans of England, sister Mary Muriel Temple of Hay River, NWT, Canada, as well as 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
