MILLER, Frances E., 65, of Valrico, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2005. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, she had resided here since 1956. She was past president of the Ladies of the Elks #2383, Brandon, and a life member of G.W.R.R.A. She is survived by her husband, Dale; daughter, Elaine F. Bayne, Dade City; son, Steven B. Miller, Dover; sister, Judith Ashmore, Zephryhills; and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, July 3, 2005, at the Brandon Elks Lodge, 800 Centennial Lodge Drive. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LifePath Hospice, 3010 W. Azeele St., Tampa, FL 33609.
