MITCHELL Frances Donovan Mitchell, age 79, of Trumbull, a homemaker, died on Friday, March 18, 2005, at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Boston, Mass., on June 8, 1925, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Catherine A. Bockelmann Donovan, and a Trumbull resident for 40 years. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Robert J. Mitchell, four daughters, Katherine Mitchell and her husband, John, of Shelton, Elaine Marsala and her fiancé, Bill Vasas, of North Haven, Cynthia Stevenson and her husband, Ronald, of Trumbull, Marianne Reithoffer and her husband, Rick, of Gibsonton, Fla.; a son, Robert J. Mitchell Jr. of Conyers, Ga., two sisters, Lillian Burrill of Brockton, Mass., and Carol Holmberg of Whitman, Mass.; five grandchildren, Amber, Jason, Ricky, Matthew and Jamie. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at 9 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial.
