Frances Davis Utica Frances Davis, 70, of Utica, died December 7, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Frances was born November 30, 1942, in Utica, to the late Doris Owens and John Davis Sr. Frances was an outspoken person, that made her the strong woman that she became. She is survived by her children, Donna, Della, Brenda and Curtis (Ann) Beavers; sisters, Ruby (Billy) Johnson, Carol Bristow and Linda Harris; brothers, John Jr., William, Clarence (Emerita) Davis, Paul (Bridget) Owens and Irving (Kim) Owens; aunts, Pauline and Pearl; and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin and friends. She was predeceased by a daughter, Tina; sisters, Cecelia, Mary Ann, Rose, Juanita, and Victoria; and a brother, James. Friends may call today, from 11:00 a.m. until the 12:00 noon funeral service at Friendship Baptist Church, 1004 Albany St., Utica. Rev Charles March, Pastor, will officiate. Arrangements by T.
