Frances Cox, 72, of Hernando Beach, died Wednesday March 20, 2002, at home. Born in Bronx, NY, she came here 12 years ago from Yonkers, NY. She was a retired secretary for St. Eugene's Church, past president of the Columbiettes, and a member of its Our Lady's Guild, all of Yonkers. Survivors include her husband John; four sons, Michael of Happauge, NY, James, of Ridgefield, CT, Kevin of Cortland, NY, and John of Yonkers; four daughters, Kathleen Bellino of Hernando Beach, Patricia Battista and Maryann McKee, both of Yonkers, and Maureen Mongelli of Poughquag, NY; four sisters Dorothy Wolf, Audrey Ward, Madeline Haugey and Collette Rockwell, 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Memorial Mass will be held at St. Eugene's Church in Yonkers, on April 20, at 11 am.
