Frances Genelle Alexander, 79, formerly of 206 Woodside Ave., Fountain Inn, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2003. Mrs. Alexander was the daughter of the late Thomas Ross and Ruth Knight Ross, and was the wife of the late James H. Alexander. She was a member of Raben Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Simpsonville Mills. She was also predeceased by two sisters, Nannie Lee Brown and Lillie Mae Redden; and is survived by several nieces and nephews. Services for Mrs. Alexander will be Sunday, Dec. 28, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Cannon Funerals and Cremations Chapel, with visitation one hour before the service. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, 15 Oregon St., Greenville SC 29605. The family is at their respective homes.Cannon Funerals and Cremations is serving the Alexander family.
