April 27, 2003 Frances Anne Barnes, 59, of 114 Miller Dr., East Syracuse, died at home with her family at her side. A native of Plattsburgh, she graduated from Our Lady of Victory Academy. She worked 16 years at PHP East. She was a communicantof St. Mary's Church, Minoa. Survivors: Her husband of 40 years, Lawrence C.; three daughters, Kimberly Barnes of Buffalo, Heather and Jeff Hutton of Tully, and Jody Barnes of Baldwinsville; a grandson Jake Hutton, 4 years; a granddaughter Erin Hutton, two years; her mother-in-law, Jane Barnes of Fayetteville; a brother and sister-in-law Olin and Shirley Fountain of Plattsburgh; a sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Tom MacFadden of Rancho Cordova, CA; and several nieces and nephews. Fran was a friend to everyone and a true cancer hero. She will be greatly missed and will remain forever in our hearts. Memorial Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Church, Minoa. Burial will be private. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Eaton-Tubbs-Schepp Funeral Home, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville.
