Florence Teresa Anderson (nee Degelman) Plainfield, IL Florence Teresa Anderson (nee Degelman), age 78, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2005. She was born in Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada. She resided in Plainfield, IL, formerly Etowah, NC and Ottawa, IL, where she was a registered nurse at Ottawa General Hospital and the Ottawa Medical Center for many years. Florence is survived by her devoted husband, Kenneth Anderson (O.T.H.S.); She was the loving mother of Kent Anderson, Patricia Afendoulis and Richard (Marilyn) Anderson; cherished grandmother of Nelson and Mitchell Anderson, Emily and Andrea Afendoulis. Also survived by her nieces: Beverly (Clare) Brunetta, Janet Degelman, Karen (Russell) Conway and her sister-in-law, Arvella Degelman, all of Canada. She was preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Anne Degelman and a brother, Paul Degelman. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2005 at the Mueller Funeral Home, 800 First St., Ottawa, IL from 3-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 31, 2005 at 10:15 a.m. from the Mueller Funeral Home to St. Patrick Catholic Church for 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Her cremains will be taken to Canada for Interment at a later date.
