->AUBURN -- Florence L. Jennings, 86, a resident of Fish Street, Leeds, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2006, at The Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice, Stetson Road, Auburn, after a three-day stay. She was born Nov. 2, 1919, in Leeds, the daughter of Henry and Rosemarie Dorr Morris.Florence was one of seven children. She graduated from Leavitt Institute in Turner. On Feb. 15, 1938, in Leeds, Florence married Carl W. Jennings; Mr. Jennings died Feb. 4, 1976. Florence was a member of the Leeds Community Church and R.C.A.M. She was a great mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a very avid cook.She is survived by five sons, Rodney and his wife, Linda, of Leeds, Randall and his wife, Helen Mary, of Litchfield, Ryan and his wife, Kathy, of Bowdoinham, Rick and his wife, Karen, of Leeds and Gregory and his wife, Valerie, of Lisbon Falls; a brother Nathan "Bill" Morris and his wife, Alberta, of Turner; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.She was predeceased by her husband Carl; a son, Gerald; two sisters, Eleanor and Alice, three brothers, Carlton, Nelson and Clayton Morris; and a grandson, Carl.Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, on Oct. 2, 2006, at Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home, 707 Main Street, Monmouth. Visiting hours will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 1 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Leeds Center Cemetery, Route 106, Leeds.
