GREGORY _ Florence Josepha March 10, 1934 - August 9, 2007 Florence Gregory passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the age of 73 years. Florence was born and raised in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. She graduated from the Charlottetown, P.E.I. School of Nursing as an R.N. in 1955. She moved to Toronto, Ontario and nursed at St. Michael's Hospital for four years before coming "West" in 1959. Florence also worked at the Colonel Belcher Hospital in Calgary. On June 17, 1960 Florence and her love, Lloyd, married and over the years raised six children. Florence was a member of the C.W.L. at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church and a member of the Optimist - Mrs. Club. She had a charitable heart and volunteered with various organizations. Her biggest devotion, though, was her family...with many summers enjoyed at Windermere Lake. Florence was a content, fulfilled, peaceful, wise and generous woman with a real sense of spiritual insight. Florence is survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne and Mike Oleynick, Donna Balyk, Lorna and Brent Waldman; three sons, Thomas, Robert and James; and six grandchildren, Lana, Megan, Matthew, Joel, Christopher and Aulora. She will also be remembered by two sisters Theresa Forrester, Bernice Heenan; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her loving husband, Everett Lloyd, Florence was predeceased by her parents Annie and Alyre Arsenault; two brothers Alfred and Greg; and sister Alvere. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.) today, August 12, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke's Catholic Church (corner of Northmount Drive and Northland Drive N.W.) on Monday, August 13, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens.
