CLARK, FLAGET MATTINGLY, 87, of Louisville, went to be with her God and Family May 29, 2011. She was a Homemaker, an avid gardener, bowler and a writer. She was a native Bardstown, the youngest of eleven children, born to Annie Mae Norris Mattingly and James Eugene Mattingly. Flaget is preceded in death by her husband, Jude Clark; and her son, Jude Clark; and 10 siblings. She is survived by her daughters, Janice C. Mahaffey (Jim); daughter-in-law, Shannon Delahanty, Nancy Wright (Norman), Cathy Holthouser (Gene) and Rose Clark; sons, John Clark and Michael Clark. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. The family would like to thank the Hosparus, The Palliative Care unit at Baptist Hospital East and Mamie James for the assistance with Flaget's care. A visitation will be held Tuesday May 31, 2011, 12-8 p.m. at The Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Rd. A visitation will also be held Wednesday June 1st, 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Mann and Greenwell Funeral Home, 212 S. 3rd St. Bardstown KY, 40004 (502) 348-5977.
