BERWICK, Maine — Faye E. Johnson, 62, of 12 Circuit Road, died on Monday, Oct. 3, 2011, at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Born Nov. 13, 1948, in York, Maine, she was the daughter of Percey and Eleanor (Lewis) Hutchens. She was a graduate of York High School. She worked at Clarostat for many years and for the last 15 years she had been working for Lydall Filtration/Separation Inc. in Rochester. She loved to read and take walks. She also enjoyed the couple times a year that she was able to go out as a group with her coworkers. Faye is survived by her husband, Leslie T. Johnson of Berwick; her son, David L. Johnson and his wife, Nicole, of Fredericksburg, Va.; a daughter, Debra Thomas of Waterville, Maine; five grandchildren, Camryn Argenziano, Natalie Johnson, Joshua Thorne, Raymond Cyr and Troy Cyr; a great-grandchild, Camryn Cyr and two brothers, Earl Hutchens and William Hutchens, both of York, Maine. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Friday, Oct. 7, at Woodlawn Cemetery in South Berwick, Maine, at 10 a.m. Should friends desire, memorial donations can be made to the Friends of The South Berwick Library Building Fund, PO Box 304, South Berwick, ME 03908.
