University Hospital Dietary Dept. Retiree AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Fannie Williams of Cascade Drive entered into rest Sunday, January 16, 2011 at her residence. Funeral service will be held Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 11:a.m. at Piney Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Booker officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. She was a native of Augusta, Georgia; attended Lucy Laney High School; retired from the University Hospital as a Dietary Supervisor and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church, Forest Hills, where she served as the Youth Director, Kitchen Ministry and the Senior Choir. Survivors are her husband, Clifford Williams, Sr., three sons, Jerry (Inett) Williams, Clifford Williams, Jr., Anthony Williams, Augusta; 4 sisters, Julia (Irving) Bartlett, New York, Channie Booker Wright, Augusta, Mattie (Levi) Bush, Hephzibah, Martha Morris, Augusta, GA; two grandsons, Anthony Williams, Jr., and Brian Dority; other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
