Family-Placed ObituaryROBERT MATTHEW LEWIS 'Bob' Robert (Bob) Matthew Lewis, 45 of West Palm Beach, FL, formerly of Oil City, died Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at West Palm Beach Regional Hospital. Born August 8, 1963 in Oil City, he was a son of Jack R. Lewis and the late Darla Rae Sloan Lewis. Mr. Lewis graduated with the Class of 1982 from Venango Catholic High School. He was a construction worker. Mr. Lewis played basketball in high school and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He will be remembered for his laughter, jokes and great sense of humor. Surviving is his father Jack R. Lewis of Erie, a son Jake Lewis of West Palm Beach, FL and two daughters, Alanei Lewis and Aleisa Lewis, both of Vero Beach, FL. Also surviving are two brothers Dick Lewis and his wife Debbie of West Palm Beach, FL and Tim Lewis and his wife Ambe of Statesville, NC; one sister, Jackie Moltz and her husband Dan of Oil City; nieces and nephews, Mary Esposito, Amber Lewis, Jason and Jessica Lewis, Shannan and Dyron Merriweather, Danielle Lewis, Cody Lewis, Tanner Moltz and Taylor Moltz and a special friend, Jodi Bartlebaugh. The family will receive friends at the Morrison Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. A Memorial service will be held at the funeral Home on Saturday at 11:00 am with Rev. Matthew Ruyechan, pastor of St. Stephen Church, officiating.
