Family-Placed ObituaryESTHER C. LEVIN Esther C. Levin (nee Cooper) age 97, passed away peacefully February 19, 2010. Born March 11, 1912 in New York City where she resided for more than 60 years. She also lived in Deal, NJ. Her final move brought her to the beautiful state of Florida, to become a full time resident in Miami Beach then recently of Palm Beach, FL. Having survived her loving husband, Milton B. Levin of 30 years, she leaves to cherish her extraordinary memories forever in the hearts of her loving family, two sons; from her first marriage to J. Leo Cooke; Ira C. Cooke, and Brian J. Cooke, his wife, daughter-in-law, Lynne G. Cooke; six grandchildren: Jennifer Cooke Rosen, Ryan Neal Cooke, Ashley Beth Cooke, Mackenzie Thomas Cooke, Maxwell Thomas Cooke and Chelsea Jordan Cooke; along with one great grandchild, Abigail Paige Cooke Rosen. Esther was sincerely dedicated to not only her home, family, friends, but to her greatest work of more than ten years, President of J. Leo Cooke Warehouse Corporation, Jersey City, NJ. Esther has touched the hearts of all the people she ever knew. She was very much appreciated for her long and dedicated continued lifetime charity work at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ, and Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2010, 2:30 PM at The Star of David Cemetery and Funeral Chapel of The Palm Beaches, 9321 Memorial Park Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33412.
