WHITE, FREDA GRAYSON - age 85 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Wednesday September 3, 2014. Member of Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church. She was employed at the Standard Knitting Mills with over 35 years service, after which she worked as a secretary at the Juvenile Court Child Support Services for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by parents Hugh and Betty Grayson, and husband Homer White. Survived by daughter Cindy Jacobs and husband Greg; grandchildren Jennifer (Jason) Jenkins, Kara (Wesley) Sharp; great grandchildren Logan and Parker Jenkins; sisters Betty Cox and Barbara Mays; brother Bud (Sally) Grayson; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Saturday September 6, 2014 at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with funeral services to follow at 7:00 pm with Reverend David Collins and Reverend Rocky Hodge officiating.
