Florence Patricia White, formerly of Yonkers, passed away March 20, 2006 in Orlando, FL. She was 66 years old. Florence was born in Yonkers on March 11, 1940 to the late Michael and the late Nancy (nee Sorge) Volpe. Beloved wife of James J. White; dear mother of Michael (Vivian) White; and cherished grandmother of Anthony, Michael and Andrew White, all of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by her devoted cousins Carol Lynn (Alan) Schulman and Louis (Joanne) DiFrancisco. She was preceeded in death by her beloved brother, Donald Volpe; her loving aunt Rose Krampitz-Hinzelberg; and dear cousin Joseph Parkis. Wake to be held Thursday, March 23, 2006 from 7 to 9 and Friday, March 24, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, at The Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. Funeral Mass, 11:15 AM on Saturday, March 25, 2006 at St. Bartholomew's RC Church, Yonkers. Burial follows at St. Mary's Cemetery.
