Mrs. Smith is survived by a daughter, Annette Porter of Anderson; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Lloyd Smith, Sr.; 2 sons, James Lloyd Smith, Jr. and Donnie L. Smith; 4 sisters, Jennie Burdette, Pauline Smith, Kathryn Ayers and Christine Kay; and a grandson, Thomas Michael Porter. Mrs. Smith was the last surviving member of her immediate family.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. The Graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Smith will follow at 11:30 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Reverend Dr. Glenn Taylor officiating.
