Evelyn Johnson was born on May 18, 1927. She is survived by two daughters, Sue Conrad and Pam Sherburne, and their husbands; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers; and a sister. She was preceded in death by her husbands Floyd Yarbrough, Jim Reed and Bill Johnson; her parents, Mary and Hollis Pfeifer; sister Joann Hogan; grandson Stevie; and great-grandson Dante. Evelyn was born again at age 12. God's grace carried her through many trials and his love gave her joy unspeakable. She loved the Lord and is rejoicing with Him now. She loved her church, the Grand Old Gospel Hour, while living in Branson after retirement. Evelyn was a retiree of Boeing Airplane Company where she worked as a telecommunications operator. She was living near her daughter in Oregon when she died of cancer on March 23, 2007. Mom we miss you, but we know you are more alive and happier than ever. We are looking forward to our next reunion where there will be no more tears, pain or good byes.
