Eva Mae Morgan Eva Mae Morgan, age 82 of Springfield, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, November 24. She was born September 9, 1927 in Northview, Mo., the daughter of Ed and Tina Sharpensteen. She graduated from Marshfield High School and attended Draughons Business College. In December, 1946, she and Milford Morgan, Jr. (Junior) were united in marriage. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother to her family. Through the years she worked at Zenith, Springfield Public Schools Substitute office, and as a bookkeeper for Arc of the Ozarks and the Stereo Buff. She volunteered with the PTA and the women's group at National Heights Baptist Church where she was a member. Through the years, Eva and Junior had a several hobbies they enjoyed. She was always the supporting fan. She enjoyed the days at the lake, car racing, watching the Lady Bears and showing Missouri Fox Trotters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Morgan; and four brothers; and one sister. She is survived by her sister, Ima Wilson; her children, Becky Morgan, Bob Morgan and wife Emily, Annette Enloe and husband Kelly, Melissa (Missy) Oaks and husband Adam. Grandchildren, Sarah Caldwell and husband Clay, Christy Jackson and husband Brad, Chad and Cole Enloe, Ashlynn and Jeremiah Oaks; one great-grandson, Carter Caldwell; and special longtime friend, Weslie Peck. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Friday, November 27 followed by the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Springfield. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the charity of your choice.
