LAKELAND, Fla. - Eva Agnes Morneau, 90, who owned Eve's Beauty Salon in Lowell, died Monday, Jan. 20, at the Meadow View Life Center in Lakeland.She was born in Pelham on Nov. 23, 1912, a daughter of the late Arthur and Victoria (Paquette) Morneau. She grew up in Pelham and was a 1930 graduate of Lowell High School.During World War II, she served in the U.S. Navy and attained the rank of mailman second class.Miss Morneau owned and operated Eve's Beauty Salon in Lowell for many years before retiring in 1984. She had previously worked in the hair salon at the former Bon Marche department store in Lowell for several years.She was a former communicant of Holy Infant Jesus Church in Nashua, and belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Miss Morneau lived in Lowell for more than 40 years before moving to Nashua in 1973. She retired to Florida in 1994.She is survived by a niece, Fay Demers of Lakeland, a nephew, Maurice Trombly of Alstead, N.H., and six great-nieces and -nephews. She was also the sister of Anna Trombly, who died in 1985.
